Electronic Payments

            If you would like to send payments electronically, you can send your assessment form back via email to Sajeeda.chin@gmail.com, or by COMPLETING THE FORM HERE once you have submitted your assessment form electronically you will receive an invoice or correspondence back so that you can submit your payments via PayPal or CashApp. 

(If you plan to use Cash App, be sure you have downloaded the app and have your CashApp ID available) 

The assessment information is as follows:v $175.00 per adult (Ages 13 and up)
v $85.00 per child (Ages 12 and under)
v Free (Ages 5 and Under and 85 +)
